At PHMG there is a friendly, professional environment where management recognise and reward hard work. A company with a clear vision which is reflected in every aspect, every member of staff is passionate about what they do and encouraged to continuously improve. Procedures in place are fair and the culture is non-blaming. Teams are encouraged to socialise outside of work and participate in CSR activities in order to further enhance the sense of togetherness, and to give back. I feel very grateful to work in such an inspiring organisation and with so many talented individuals.
