There are many other smaller incentives as paid lunches and meals at some of the finest restaurants within the Manchester. With the incentives out a side, the actual earning potential of money you can take home is high too. Top performers earning double and sometimes triple their basic salary. This overall would motivate anyone that wants to succeed in sales. The jobs is very social. With games rooms etc to socialise with peers and also the opportunity to play for the Work sports teams at a competitive standard. Another great part of PHMG , is their contribution to some amazing charities. With events taking place all year round it’s a great opportunity to help towards some great causes. Career progression is huge within PHMG, with many people going through Senior levels and to TL’s within their first year. Also opportunity to move roles and go into the field. With the company being a global leader there is the ability to work across different continents too.

In just over a year working full time at PHMG, I can honestly say I haven’t had a bad day yet. If you’re prepared to work hard and take the opportunities that come your way, you’ll start to see real career progression in no time, as I have done. The best thing about the company, however, has to be the culture and the people. Helping to create a world-class product would be enough in itself, but there’s so many little perks and extras for you to take advantage of, and working in an enjoyable atmosphere every day is something I never take for granted.
