Pros
Commission is second to none, various works parties through out the year. Friendly sales staff.
Cons
Poor man-management, they say the door is always open to talk when you need it, but isn't always the case. Very much military way of doing things, Not very good listeners considering management themselves was once sales staff. Work doesn't end at 5/6 o clock, you work at home sourcing leads, having to stay up late to do it in your own time.
