      I have worked at PHMG for over 10 years and I am still as motivated now as I was when I first started, The combination of product, people and working environment motivates you to perform to the best of your ability 100% of the time.

      Cons

      My company phone is the I Phone 6S and was hoping to have had the 7 by now, also the new protective case I was given makes it hard for the headphones to fit properly

      There's always exciting new opportunities which you can work towards. I've had 3 promotions within 3 years, leading to my current Senior Account Manager position. You're always rewarded for hard work with fantastic commission and incentives. The company is very dynamic and the product is always improving, with new voice overs coming on-board and unique compositions. The PHMG Foundation supports a number of different charities and an enormous amount of money is raised each year. The company generously matches the amount which is raised by the staff.

      Your'e constantly busy, but the rewards make it worth it.
