      Pros

      The expectations listed in the interview process have been spot on. The inside team gives you everything you need to be successful in your sales. The compensation is clear and exceeding the projected amounts listed in the interview process. Best pro is having your appointments set for you. Your role as a BDM is to close business and the team takes everything else off your plate so you can do just that. The quality of the product is world leading and it is needed by all businesses. the responsiveness form the inside team and demos has been amazing. This helps me close business when unexpected events pop up. All in all great!

      Cons

      There is a lot of drive time to appointments. However, the company knows this and helps with your car, gas, and tolls. One downside of having your appointees set for you is you that you really can't reschedule them. Once they are set you need to show up and make it happen.

      Pros

      The atmosphere of the company and the people who work there. Everyone is friends and are very encouraging to each other. Hard work = reward. If you put in the time and effort, you will have a successful career at PHMG.

      Like any sales position, if you take off any days - you get behind. You must try hard and not slack off to succeed, just like most positions.

      Pros

      PHMG offers a lively and upbeat environment for it's staff, so there's never a dull moment in the office. They are keen to reward employees with bonuses and incentives, along with company paid events during the Summer and at Christmas. PHMG likes to drive it's employees, so if you are prepared to work hard and stay focused, the rewards can be fantastic. The role of an Audio Brand Consultant is busy and demanding, however the days go quick and I have never found myself clock watching or with nothing to do. The job can be stressful especially over busy periods of the year, however this is an opportunity for each member of the team to excel in their role and reap the benefits of their hard work and effort. Overall, if you like a company that encourages it's staff to work hard to achieve the best they can, then PHMG is perfect.

      Cons

      Communication between the departments at PHMG could be improved, there have been occasions where changes have occurred within the business which have not been communicated to the relevant teams or staff members - this can at times feel very frustrating.
