While PHMG is a fast-paced business, we've introduced a number of initiatives designed to support flexibility and employee wellbeing, including a range of shift patterns, Friday early finishes, work-from-home options for our US teams as well as a 4.5-day working week. Employees also have the opportunity to earn every Friday off through performance-based incentives. We appreciate that everyone's experience is different, but we feel your review doesn't actively reflect the flexibility and work-life balance our sales teams offer.       The targets are unachievable, there is too much work load and not a lot of help. Most of the team does not meet them. Not much investment into training.
