      Entry Level sales, yes. Long term, no

      Pros

      The people are great with the exception of a few. Good work life balance. Rarely work late. Job is very simple and a good place for entry level sales training. More of a temporary job though. Not much growth.

      Cons

      No upward mobility. 35k base is not livable. They say it’s $40k but in order to make any money you have to go to the $35k base commission plan. Most territories are saturated. No one really wants OHM anymore… and you don’t really sell any other products. Most of the managers are power hungry with enormous egos and very little professionalism.
