None, aside from money. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Cons

Unfairly dismissed as my face didn’t fit. Male counterpart paid much more than me. Very cliquey and unfriendly. The work itself is a very old system that is very long winded and boring. But also almost no training is provided on the actual system.
