Brilliant place to start a career if you're willing to work hard and put the hours in - I've been here two and a half years, been promoted twice, and been given the opportunity to help build up a fantastic creative department (which is now a real force to be reckoned with - the talent coming through the door really keeps your on your toes). The office is always lively to say the least - and as someone who moved to Manchester for the job, people couldn't have made it easier to make friends, and I've always had loads of support from senior staff.

Cons

You can't be afraid of hard work if you want to make it here - this can include long hours sometimes, but it's out of choice, and never goes unnoticed by senior management

positive culture, team-like feel, a lot of support from upper management, young career driven individuals. I started with he company in the past 6 months and have had nothing but great things to say about the company, its employees, and its Executive management. Anyone who wants the keys to develop their own career path, PHMG has all the tools necessary to do so.

Cons

I have yet to come across any....with any career there are always going to be small bumps in the road, however at this time I have been nothing but pleased by my experience with this company. They have not only met but exceeded my expectations.
