Pros

I started working at PHMG in 2021, and within this time I have developed more work skills than I could have anticipated. PHMG is full of great mentors and colleagues who are always willing to help and develop you to your best. I also enjoy how every training session evolves each time, as the company is always looking to improve new starter experience. My role as an L&D coordinator has been fast paced and I have never had a dull day, I meet and liaise with all departments in the company and get to meet all the fantastic talent starting at PHMG. I enjoy being people faced, so my role is ideal for building relations with my colleagues in Manchester, Leeds and Chicago.

Would be ideal if there was more flexible work from home options :)

Pros

I am currently only in my 3rd week however the training has been very thorough and professional. I have been given a lot of support, everyone is friendly and helpful too. So far, I really cannot complain - it's all been a positive experience.

Cons

Naturally, the work hours take some adjusting but the pros make it all worth it in my opinion.
