      Pros

      One of the best things about working for PHMG is the culture in the business. I know that hard work is rewarded and therefore everyone strives to push themselves. I have managers that respond to requests and do everything they can to help give us what we need to succeed.

      Cons

      I would like to see more flexibility in line with changes that have taken places over the past year due to the pandemic. Hybrid working and giving people the choice to work from where they like.
