Pros

I've been working at PHMG for well over three years and I've loved every minute of it. I've been given the chance to expand my skill set, develop as an individual and progress in an exciting company to work for. The ethos is fantastic - a contemporary 'work hard, play hard' ethic (excuse the cliché). Every employee is well rewarded for hard graft and talent and I've learnt valuable career and life lessons, whilst making some excellent friends along the way. I can't speak highly enough of this place.

Pros

PHMG is a fast paced and very exciting place to work. The product really is world class with nothing else in the market place even close, you can have total confidence in knowing that you are selling by far the best in the market. There is a lot of very professional backup in terms of presentation packs, audio demos and marketing, there is seldom a day goes past without a potential client commenting on how professional the whole outfit is. Remuneration is very generous with a six figure OTE being a very realistic achievement for every BDM, even in their first year.

Cons

Hours can be long with a lot of early starts and late finishes but that's what life on the road is all about, however, the financial rewards more than make up for this.

PHMG is a company that really invests in its staff: there are always opportunities for promotion from within. The offices are amazing and the atmosphere is unbeatable, especially on the sales floor. The events throughout the year reward all the hard work that every member of staff puts in, and they are truly fantastic.

Cons

The hours can be long but when you love working at PHMG this isn't an issue.
