      Pros

      Since starting at PHMG the thing that really stands out to me are the people who work here. They create a fantastic working environment and motivate you to succeed. Your ability to progress throughout the company is based purely on merit and hard work and they reward this accordingly. Fantastic PH perks, including running club, haircuts, beauty treatments and work drinks a few times a month.

      Cons

      The hours take some getting used to but after the first week it becomes normal.
