      - Fast-Paced and dynamic job role. - Staff are extremely friendly and supportive - Management support you every step of the way - Career progression - Work hard play hard - Clients are really friendly and get a lot of job satisfaction

      Cons

      - hours can be unsociable, but I work with some incredible people so it makes the late hours enjoyable.

      Pros

      I have enjoyed so much working at PHMG for so many different reasons. I have been able to experience working in different departments and been lucky enough to develop skills and see alternative sides of the business. PHMG are so supportive in facilitating your career progression and are a great choice of company for anyone that is willing to work hard and dedicate themselves to providing great customer service for a great client base with regards to their great products. As PHMG has such an international reach, a range of shifts are available to cater to all circumstances but all teams are like family and your colleagues work with you to support you in your endeavours. The perks of the business are amazing and there is also a huge social side to the company and your colleagues really do become your friends. Management always take the time to listen to you and are approachable. They have a great system when it comes to individual performance and will often sit 1-2-1 with you so that you are clear on expectations as well as able to share your opinions and suggestions.

      Cons

      The roles do require a lot of hard work, however you do reap what you sow. If you are willing to put the time and dedication in, you will see the rewards.

      - For some, the hours (1pm-10pm) might be, but for me personally they're not
