Pros

The people - I moved to the area without knowing anyone and now have an amazing team to rely on. I genuinely look forward to spending time with fun, kind, smart people, and learning from them every day. The professional development - there's been plenty of support even with the challenges that 2020 has presented. The perks - many companies say they have perks but PHMG really mean it. We've missed the parties this year! The returns - you will be rewarded if you put in the work. You won't get bored - there are always new challenges and I've enjoyed building such close working relationships with my clients over the past year.

Cons

Don't join unless you're willing to put in the hard work.

Pros

Having worked at PHMG for over a decade, I have had the pleasure of witnessing the evolution of this company and its products first-hand, and have been awed by its consistent passion for innovation since day one. This is an incredibly exciting place to work due the feverishly passionate team we have in our offices – every single individual is working towards the same goal of providing clients with a world-class service, while pushing their personal boundaries to become true outliers in their respective fields. I’ve been able to develop my skills across multiple functions during my time here – and in my latest role I’m able to work across the company to develop all of this talent even further. Our hard work never goes unnoticed though, there’s a lucrative commission structure across all functions; an enviable list of company perks; and an admirable management structure that is focused on investment in people through personal growth and development.

Cons

As a global leader, there are diverse and consistent demands to continuously improve every element of the business. This sets a high benchmark that people are able to reach if they have a passion for success.

Still an incredible place to work

Pros

I joined PHMG 14 years ago, and still find it an incredible place to work. The staff are hardworking, passionate and committed to achieving the best that they possibly can. This along with the time and effort that the company put into making it a great place to work makes you want to go above and beyond in your own role. Senior directors are nothing but supportive, and are always driving the staff to come up with new ideas, which gives anyone the chance to be recognised and listened to. The offices are incredible - the company put a lot of time and effort into the office environment to make it the perfect mix of creative yet corporate. Perks range from an in-house bar and games rooms to an on-site beautician and barber. One thing I like is that people do not get promoted on time served - the senior management team and directors are very good at identifying outstanding performers when they see one. If that's you, be ready for a very exciting and rewarding career at PHMG. Overall, a brilliant place to work and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Cons

Personally, there aren't any for me
