The interview process from start to finish was a breath of fresh air. It was clear, efficient and very detailed. Paul and his team gave me all of the interview preparation I needed in order to make a good account of myself. The feedback from each interview was given to me quickly and when I was offered the job, Paul gave me all the details I needed and was very attentive at all stages. The line managers in each interview were very friendly and made me feel at home straight away, their honesty was endearing. I was very lucky to offered a job here at PHMG and my first three weeks in the business have been fantastic. The week one training was also brilliant.
Cons
So far so good and nothing negative to say at all. It's a great company to work for.
