      Pros

      Great place to start and develop your career. Give opportunities to grads and help them progress quickly. Brilliant characters in the business and everyone is super social. Plus, the directors know how to invest so everyone has a top laugh in and out of work. Lots of extracurricular activities going on and people are genuinely more like friends than colleagues.

      Cons

      None for me personally. I got a lot out of the place in my 3 years there.

      Pros

      I have only been with the company for a few weeks but my first impressions couldn't be better. Everybody has been so welcoming and the training programme is great. The management and seniors within my team are very supportive, and this seems to be echo'd across all departments. Company perks are the best I've seen. They offer onsite parking, shop, barbers, nail salon, gym membership and bar! The floor is always lively and energetic, If your'e looking for a place where you want to work hard and be appreciated then I would recommend working here.
