Poor man-management, they say the door is always open to talk when you need it, but isn't always the case. Very much military way of doing things, Not very good listeners considering management themselves was once sales staff. Work doesn't end at 5/6 o clock, you work at home sourcing leads, having to stay up late to do it in your own time.

The company expects you to put in a lot of extra hours outside of your contract. They sell you the dream when you start, after being there a few months there are lots of things the managment dont tell you about like a salary decrease after 3 months, working bank holidays, being constantly screamed and shouted all all day and threatend with your job at least once a week. There are too many managers and team leaders so you constantly feel like your under the microscope and each manager wants things done their way. I always hit my targets but still managed to come home feeling depressed and walked all over each day. The company has no hr department and everything goes through one woman, Andrea.
