management are dreadful , people fear for there jobs all the time , in my time there I saw over 100 people come and go , fines given out for not shaving , being 2 mins late , and for anything else that they can try and fine you with, you will be shouted at all day every day, strict kpi's and if you don't hit them you have to do training before work after work or even at weekends , short lunch break , long hours, no hr department

The company's Senior Management is very unprofessional, disjointed, and inconsistent. They also, do not have a permanent office in the U.S. (which they did lie about upon hiring), therefore, they do not need to adhere to our U.S. employment laws. Very abusive environment, no breaks, very high pressured environment that's at times very unprofessional. Also, they exaggerated the OTE tremendously,,,this is a $130K job at best. Definitely not 200k+ OTE as advertised. After you factor in the low base, lack of benefits etc. You are better off working for a more established U.S. company. Very party hard culture as well....Be very aware! The company also withheld over $10k after I left. This is not a career path to anything...
