Management is terrible. People are in fear of losing their jobs constantly. In my time there I saw recruitment drives come in every month and hardly any of them staying on past month 3. Turnaround is massive and you only need to look at online professional networks to see how many staff have left. The culture is truly poisonous and you're expected to work ludicrous hours which are way over your contract. Their idea of treating staff well is throwing money at events you have to go to even if you don't want to; or incentives. Aside from that, the staff aren't respected, they're exhausted and most would advise you against working there. I found out from a friend who left there after me that they're asking their staff to post reviews on here and other sites and I had to come on and tell it from a true outside perspective
