      Pros

      Fast paced sales role with great opportunity to determine your own paycheck. Exciting workplace and great people to work with. Plenty of opportunity to grow into leadership roles.

      Cons

      Learning curve within the first few months which can be challenging. However, committing to the role and working hard will make this job easy and guarantee success down the line. Constant cold-calling.

      Amazing Culture/ Bright Future

      Pros

      There is a ton of training so its easy to get promoted sooner which comes with a ton of perks. Sales is stressful, but I feel like people go out of their way to lift you up and keep you motivated. I like how the leaders are always there. I have had the VP close deals for me

      Cons

      The only con that I can think of is that sometimes its up and sometimes its down.

      Pros

      - Good intro sales training - Nice office - Good leadership during intro period

      Cons

      - Horrible culture and bad vibes - Very high turnover (They churn and burn employees like crazy) - Poor leadership and organization when moving to senior sales floor. I worked here for a period of 6 months and it was highly turbulent. I enjoyed the job at the start, the academy period has engaging and personable leaders to guide you through your training and work days. However, once you move over to the senior sales floor everything seemingly turns on its head. With a change in leadership and they will move you from team to team without regard for where you perform best or your relationship with team members. Negative experience with leadership and co-workers with a frat culture on top of that. Employees quit almost every couple days, and it is clear their business model is built around this churn and burn style of employment. All in all it was a very negative experience, but I do appreciate the sales training I received. I would steer clear of this, it is not worth the headache or impact to your mental health.
