Great base salary! I feel like I have been looked after over the years, with a lot of financial pressure in the UK, the base salary for the lowest paid in the company was raised by £7500 in 2 years. The commission available as well is great.

Cons

There needs to be greater opportunity for progression in or outside your role and clear pathways need to be set out from the get-go.
