Pros

Sales and Resilience Training – The high-pressure nature of the job pushes you to develop strong sales skills, thick skin, and a results-driven mindset that can be valuable in future roles.

Cons

IYKYK. PHMG thrives on a toxic, high-pressure environment where favoritism reigns supreme. Hard work and dedication mean nothing if you’re not in the right clique. Promotions go to the chosen few who do the bare minimum while those actually putting in the effort are overlooked. The company prides itself on its “work hard, play hard” culture, but in reality, it’s a Wolf of Wall Street circus—both professionally and socially. Expect relentless micromanagement, unrealistic targets, and a leadership team that prioritizes appearances over employee well-being. If you value a fair, supportive workplace, look elsewhere. PHMG is all about who you know, not what you do.

Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you found value in the sales and resilience training we offer—developing strong, transferable skills is a key part of what we do. That said, we’re sorry to hear that your overall experience has felt unfair and overly pressured. We don’t shy away from being a high-performance environment, but it’s never our intention for that to come at the expense of employee wellbeing or fairness. Allegations of favoritism and micromanagement are taken seriously, and we’re committed to creating a culture where progression is based on merit and contribution. Your insights are valuable, and we’ll continue working to ensure PHMG is a place where people can thrive, feel supported, and be recognised for their efforts. ~ People and Culture Team
