      Questionable culture with high turnover - don't bother unless you want to pursue a career in sales

      - There are some great people in management positions

      Cons

      - Lack of transparency and communication - Feedback was often one-way, and employee voices didn’t seem to factor into major decisions - Old-fashioned and backward ways of thinking - Conservative and resistant-to-change attitudes

      Boiler Room sales

      Good training. Good product. Good demonstrations.

      Cons

      Pressure sales. Hard unsympathetic management. Bad leads to visit. Long hours driving to no show meetings. Poor support if you don’t sell on the day.

      Bad management and very stressed out staff. They have a burn and turn type of employment.
