Great CEO who has since retired. Very nice offices. Some excellent people both in the UK and US branches. Good product that the company sells and representatives have a very good chance of making excellent money. Hard work is rewarded.

Cons

Trepidation from certain more senior leaders to make decisions autonomously without board or founder approval.
