Pros

I've been with PHMG for just about 7 months now, and can honestly say it's been a fantastic experience thus far. Working in Talent Acquisition, I'm often asked by prospective candidates what my favorite thing about PHMG is. Although I can truthfully give a number of answers to that question, my main response is always the same: the people. There are some truly wonderful people who work here, which makes coming in every day an enjoyable experience. Additionaly, what is quite exciting about our business is the fact that we have only scratched the surface of what is possible here in Chicago (and the USA as a whole, for that matter). There is so much more room for us to grow and expand our business, which is an exciting place to be if you work in Talent Acquisition. Beautiful office space, exciting product offering, great people and limitless growth potential all make PHMG a prime destination in my eyes.

Cons

Naturally, because we were founded and still are headquartered in the UK, we derive a lot of our culture and business mindset from across the pond. This is by no means a bad thing, but it's something we need to consider as we look to scale our US business. I believe we should truly start thinking about ourselves as an American business first and foremost, and adjust the way we do things here (dress code, flexible hours, etc.). It's okay to be different than Manchester!

Great work atmosphere Great co-workers Lots of nice rewards for being the top MDE and team Company has awesome parties and those who excel are give great recognition Commission system works in your favor if you hit your targets The offices are all really modern and make work more enjoyable

Cons

Expect to put in a lot of work before, during and after work They use their own CRM so you have to source your own leads which can take a lot of time Only one week of training and only two days are focused on sales You're expected to work during your lunch and break
