Pros

Flexibility of time would be the main reason to work here. Compared to other agencies, PIC offers lighter jobs as per the capacity of the worker.

Cons

The downside would be the uncertainty of work and a little less pay for a job which involves physical labour.

Close to home, free parking, on bus route, coffee across the street as you will need it, picnic table outside

Cons

Foul mouths from management, unprofessional management, hot tempered to the point of punching walls from management. Pic bullies employees,will insult your intelligence often, lie, lack of trading, no communication not sure how they are still running. Treat employees horrible!!
