Pros

Good work-life balance, great insurance options, lots of time off, enjoyed working with many of the people there and some felt like family.

Cons

Under-compensated compared to other similar jobs (new job is less responsibility with over 30% more pay), not much room for growth or promotion, wavering leadership and poor relationships between executives and everyone else.

Pros

Pays well. Good healthcare Good for contract to hire work Staffers are decent Nice place to work if you keep your head down.

Cons

Toxic Atmosphere after Jim cut out and the company was purchased. Poor management top-to-bottom. Poor Direction in most business segments. The Power Industry is in violent change in expectation of CO2 legislation, and as a result, PIC considers valuable employees expendable.
