      Corporate philosophy was clear and commitment to staying current in the marketplace was positive.

      Changing Culture in Wrong Places

      Pros

      Good pay. Most of the people really care about the company and the other people they work with and for. Nice office in great location.

      Cons

      Leadership is now more focused on the bottom line and not so much on their customers. Parent company is in too much disarray with their problems. President is a say this but do this kind of leader. Most employees are entering an apathetic stage for their work.

      It's a smallish operation, and a number of the senior people have been there for many years

      Cons

      Their parent company, Proassurance, is gradually changing who PICA is, generally not in a good way.
