Pros

I enjoyed working at Promotion in Motion. It was a good job for me at the time and I liked the work environment they created there.

Cons

There just wasn’t enough opportunity to work my way up.

Pros

I’ve never been asked to work overtime. I’ve never been asked to work weekends. I’ve never been asked to take work home with me. Work stays at the office, and once I’m off the clock, my time is my own.

Cons

Senior management aren’t the most approachable bunch.

Pros

For me, the best part about working at PIM is the people. My coworkers are all amazing people in their own right. Funny, talented, inspiring. Everyone brings something to the table. There’s no “weak link” that we all have to pitch in to pick up the slack for. We’re all important and we all know what we’re doing.

Cons

I don’t get as much time off as I’d like. The 401k match is great, but the company’s medical insurance is expensive.
