Pros

There are three things I really love about working here: How supportive management is (even after 2 years, I still don’t feel stupid going to my manager with any question I have) How much room there is to grow and develop in your career (2 promotions in 2 years… need I say more) How upbeat and positive the work environment is (even on Monday mornings, there’s never that sense of overwhelming dread or resigned apathy)

Cons

I have to say that the starting pay was a little on the low side (but, that didn’t last long because of the promotions) and you don’t get a lot of face time with senior management.

Working here was one of the best decisions I could have made for my career. I gained a ton of experience and made industry connections I never could have otherwise. I highly recommend getting a job here!

Cons

You’ve got to be willing to put in the hours. Otherwise, you just won’t get the same out of it.
