      Pros

      The staff are the friendliest group of people you’ll ever meet. The culture is family-oriented, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise that top management regularly encourages the fostering of relationships amongst colleagues. The work is as straight forward as it gets. A great place to work overall.

      Pros

      Management are excellent. They know what they’re doing and they know how to manage their employees. The focus is definitely on teamwork and collaboration, so there’s a strong sense of unity throughout the company. If you aren’t much of a “team” person this probably won’t be a good fit for you.

      Cons

      The pay wasn’t as competitive as I was looking for.

      Pros

      My time at Promotion in Motion was an excellent introduction into the industry. Even though I eventually decided to move on, I’m grateful for the experience and would strongly recommend it to future applicants.

      Cons

      I’m used to start-up environments where things are constantly changing, but PIM prefers to do things by the book and you have to go through all the necessary red tape to get anything changed.
