Pros

You get the sense that the senior leaders actually give a dang about their staff. They treat everyone with the same degree of respect. You won’t find any favoritism here. You can move up the ranks if you’re willing to work for it. Promotion in Motion isn’t just a job that pays the bills. It’s a career.

Cons

Quality control needs to be improved.

Pros

It feels like there’s always something new happening at the company. But not in an overwhelming way. Managers are very good at delegating the workload so it never gets overwhelming. Also, I really appreciated how comprehensive the training was. I felt more than prepared on my first official day.

Cons

I haven’t noticed any so far. Fingers crossed it stays that way!
