      Free drinks at vending machine Gym

      Cons

      Lack of diversity. No career progression Gentlemens club (a lot of befriending senior management to get by) Backbiting culture Sabotaging culture you go through rounds and rounds of interviews (maybe 10) only to get into the role and absolutely hate the culture No work life balance (no wfh) If you are applying for a role at PIMCO. Please seriously consider it, the salary is not worth your mental health evaporating before your very eyes. You feel anxious everyday you come into work HR is not for the employee, HR is to protect the company
