      Worked w/ really smart coworkers and managers- office was a great vibe

      Hours were very long and much reliance on internal teams to provide data making it hard to be self sufficient

      Good work-life balance for finance, nice offices and locations, 4-1 hybrid is loosely enforced, CEO is likable and involved

      Cons

      Low talent levels outside of investing professional seats, limited DEI interest and acumen, outdated tech stack and low skill level of infrastructure/tech project management team to integrate new tech effectively, desperately trying to pivot out of being exclusively a bond shop with limited success, palpable generational divide, boasts the “we run lean” statement as a badge of honor, out of touch leadership, talent strategy (recruiting, development, etc) is wildly lagging to their peers
