      Pros

      The leadership team is a mixed bag - some people have been there a really long time and get promoted seemingly because of this. Feedback is asked for a lot (yay!), but never used (boo). Great perks for parents. Fun staff activities throughout the year.

      Cons

      The people that are there to actually improve things seldom stay long because they're better suited for an organization willing to make the improvements and move forward. Compared to other nonprofits in the San Mateo area their salaries are weak, too.

      Decent compensation, great schedule/hours and flexible

      Cons

      Didn't like manager, but she might be gone by now. She made it a dreadful place to work, always looking at the small details of things you did wrong and blowing it up.
