Pros

Flexible scheduling, lots of hours available,and free use of the wonderful facility.

Cons

due to constant short staffing managers are visibly stressed and take it personally when you are unable to pick up extra shifts. also, none of the managers that you'll ever meet are even able to give raises and you may work there for a long time without ever seeing a raise.
