Pros

Steady hours and consistent. they have benefits to even the part time. easy job. cover from the elements. did have in-service once in a while(could have used more often but is better than none like other companies), managers seemed to trust lifeguards and didn't micromanage.

Cons

difficult to get days off due to low staff - lifeguards are in short supply everywhere. didn't get a raise and just about impossible to move into any other position besides swim instructor.

Pros

PJCC is a great place to work. There are very talented individuals that work at the PJCC. It is always busy, which does make the time go by fast.

Cons

There isn't much room for growth.
