Pros

Nice people to work with, 22 vacation days, Jewish holidays, Free gym membership

Cons

Management is rotten from the head, very unprofessional, HR doesn't know what she is doing. No growth opportunities.

Great community - very caring, friendly, and positive Awesome pay and hours Lots of opportunities within the center, outside of the job you're hired for Good training

Cons

Some folks are a little gossipy, and the success of your area relies heavily on your supervisor.

Going the Corporate Way

Pros

Depending on what department you work in you will find the family like community the PJCC is know for, others are now moving to be more like big corporations and are losing the community feel that the PJCC was/is know for. The departments that are sticking to the family community values are amazing. You will not find a better group to work for.

Cons

There is little to no room for growth. This is okay for those that enjoy the same job year after year. If you want to grow, the PJCC can only be a stepping stone in your path.
