Pros

excellent facilities; outdoor walking accessible; lunch cafe on-site; weekly farmer's market

Cons

very high employee turnover (especially in the preschool); management's only goal is making money, which is actually not the mission of a non-profit so employees are required to work long hours with little compensation

Interesting staff development opportunities. Wonderful weekly farmer's market in the lobby. Onsite garden. Great pre-school program.

Cons

As a large nonprofit, it has it share of bureaucracy.

Pros

The company provides great benefits for part time employees working over 21 hours. The department I work for (youth and family) has great management who are flexible with work schedule, company likes to focus on employees build strong culture

Cons

Limited hours available for someone who would like to be full time because it is hard to get full-time work there.
