Good company to work for. Good leadership. Recognition of employees. Diverse work environment. Friendly people. Safe environment to work in. Nice office space to work in.

Cons

Employees that do not perform but get recognition. More bathroom spaces that is cleaner.

No organization/ poor inter-departmental communication Many compliance issues/ gaps not addressed If you're looking for career advancement or job title promotions that is not a thing at PLD, only the higher up's/ executives get promotions. Hard work isn't valued or appreciated you'll only be asked to do more. No bonuses or wage increases based on merit/ performance reviews, you ask around and nobody knows.
