People are approachable, ideas are valued, team always feels like they are trying to seek improvements, it is encouraged to step up and be apart of something.

Cons

The OGR plant layout feels like "we need this now, build it somewhere" layout. Where immediate needs outweighed long logistics. Short term goals should align with long term strategies and not prevent future growth.

Pros

The thing I value the most are my peers, my coworkers. The benefits are meh and the compensation its mediocre. Apart from that there are no many things to value.

Cons

The company should start paying salaries based on experience, education and excellence. Right now people are surviving not thriving because the company still pays like it is 2001. I think they need to evaluate how expensive is living in Miami vs the amount they are paying right now.

I really value the strong sense of team at PL Developments. Everyone works together regardless of title, which creates a supportive and collaborative environment. The culture feels very family oriented, and there’s a genuine sense of teamwork and open communication across all levels. One of the reasons I’ve been here for over 15 years is being able to see the company’s growth and success firsthand, and it’s been rewarding to be part of that journey.
