Pros

Good introduction into the pharmaceutical arena, even if it's OTC. Learn a lot (most of the time you have to teach yourself)

Cons

It's more like HIGH SCHOOL DRAMA than a professional environment. No raises. Unless you're in the "circle" you won't be treated with respect and get other opportunities.. They keep you in a position that's stagnant and there is no room to grow, at the same time they seem to have a high turnover and a lot of quitters. say's more about the company culture and how they run things than anything.

Management and H.R does not listen to employees. Shift supervisors harass and abuse employees. Any word to H.R can cost you a Job. No 401k match. No chance to be promoted unless you are friends with higher ups regardless of education and training. Favortism is extreme. Warehouse workers are treated unfairly to the point of mass walkouts. Not up to code with FDA Regulations
