Great work environment, top tools to be productive with, relatively flat management with the ability to speak to all levels of management in different forums. The people are highly competent and approachable.

Cons

Slowly utilizing the technical tools they have at hand yet they could do more to let the data speak louder and listen more closely to what it says

Could be too much drama in the office. Very important to be liked by the family. Some decisions are made without putting much thought into it
