Pros
Free pharmaceutical products (over the counter). Office finished at 3pm on Fridays.
Cons
Bad management which makes big decisions without much thought into it and without any knowledge in subject matter. Been working here almost 2 years now and no pay increases or bonuses which they promised in the middle of the year. Company has been downsizing recently and laid off close to 50 full time employees, most of which were laid off last minute, without any notice. Even after that they have been laying off positions which they think is not critical enough. No time or money spent for trainings to improve skills. Lots of favoritism, so many VPs and SVPs and all are close friends etc. No communication with below employees.
