      You're anchored to the salary you walk in the door with even after showing you can reduce costs and receiving promotions . Negotiate well walking in the door.

      Pros

      Good benefits, good people and I enjoyed working there for nearly 28 years. Unfortunately like a lot of businesses there have been lay offs in recent years.

      Cons

      Employee cutbacks over the past two years meant increased work load for many employees. But it still remained a workplace with a good atmosphere. I am sad to have been laid off.
