      Great health insurance benefits, opportunities to grow (for some), knowledgeable employees

      Cons

      High turnover and poor leadership over the last couple of years primarily with senior management. The company is growing and is profitable but management always has a watchful eye on people, they seem overly concerned with small trivial things and individuals as opposed to the more important topics that earn profits.
