The people are very kind and they have a greater than usual flexibility for a machine shop, with engineers working flextime hours. Lots of opportunity for travel.

Cons

Still rigid 40-hr a week requirement.

Great benefits , modern equipment, great air conditioning in summer months.

Cons

Horrible management, absolute terrible reviews and raises. Every one gets the same raise no matter how hard or little they work. Very unfair pay
