      Great Learning Experience

      Great learning experience. You learn to run a book of business and you learn sales in a very difficult industry

      Cons

      No room for advancement. The hours are not worth the commission incentives which is EXTREMELY poor. Compensation is ridiculous for the amount you must bring in a month in profit. You can go up in base salary and drop in commission with a promotion while having to maintain a strict minimum profit a month
