      Stressful job but could be great in the long run

      Pros

      Very fun work environment and good group of people in the office. Bosses are up front and honest with you about where you stand.

      Cons

      Struggles with the freight industry. Very stressful relying on truck drivers to follow through. Too many things your job relies on are completely out of your control.

      Great team Tons of competition Tons of camaraderie Tons of room for growth 3 months of "training"

      Cons

      Once 3 months is up... 200 outbound calls daily 20 new clients before the end of following 3 months Some peeps get a lucky draw when others fall off

      Awesome Company and Managers

      Pros

      Worked as an account executive for the last year and I enjoyed all of the time I spent there. Dane and Shon are great managers and make the days much easier. Office environment is great and you will make close friends there. Job requires you to learn, be motivated, and stay organized but will be quite rewarding once you get the results. This job can be for anyone as long as you are willing to put in the effort. More effort = more success. Truly sets you up for great experience and knowledge.

      Cons

      Days can be long and it requires you to be great at managing your time as well as being organized.
